Shaktipeeth Lalita Mata Temple, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

The Maa Lalita Devi Temple located in Prayagraj is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths. Here, the Goddess is worshipped in three forms. The temple is situated near the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, where the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati converge. According to the Devi Purana, Maa Lalita Devi manifested at the place where Sati’s hastanguli (finger of the hand) fell. This site is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths.
